Ciata Stevens d’Almeida - Executive Director
Ciata Stevens d’Almeida serves as the Executive Director of PYPP and leads the organization’s management team. Ciata is responsible for the management and implementation of all programmatic, financial management, and operational activities. As Executive Director, Ciata serves as the main point of contact for the organization. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University in The Hague, Netherlands and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Cum Laude) in Political Science from the University of Liberia in Monrovia, Liberia. Ciata is a member of Class III of the PYPP and was assigned to the Ministry of State for Presidential Affairs. She served in several capacities including as Special Assistant to the Ambassador on Post 2015 Development Agenda at Permanent Mission of the Republic of Liberia to the United Nations; and Special Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Liberia.

Sadia Stubblefield – Deputy Director for Programs
Sadia G. Stubblefield serves as the Deputy Director for Programs and provides support for the Executive Director. She assists the Executive Director in managing the program; manages the programmatic activities and serves as a secondary point of contact for the PYPP; represents the PYPP at events, and provides general support to the recruitment process for and retention of PYPs. Before assuming the Deputy Director position, she served as the Program Assistant and provided administrative support to the Program Director. She also coordinates special events, including training, immersion excursions, and meetings. Sadia holds a BBA degree in Management from the Stella Maris Polytechnic in Liberia.

N. Charles Wilson – Deputy Director for Finance & Administration
N. Charles Wilson joined PYPP in April 2016 to serve as the Deputy Director for Finance & Administration. In this role, he provides strategic operational support through overseeing and coordinating the financial and administrative management of the PYPP. Before joining the PYPP, Charles served as Grant Compliance Manager (USAID) at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) from October 2015-April 2016. From August 2013-August 2015 he served as Head of Grant Finance (Global Fund) at Plan International Liberia. Charles holds an MBA in Financial Management from Cuttington University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Liberia in Monrovia, Liberia.

Matilda Dunbar-Porte - Program Associate
Matilda joined the PYPP Team as the Program Associate. She comes with over eight (8) years of experience in management and administration. As the Program Associate, she provides programmatic, organizational, and administrative support to the organization’s management team. Matilda has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the Africa Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU), Monrovia, Liberia and a and a certificate in Project Planning and Management from the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA).

Vivian T. L. Kpetay-Monitoring Evaluation & Learning Associate
In June 2022, Vivian joined the PYPP Management team as Monitoring Evaluation & Learning Associate. She provides leadership and guidance on the planning, implementation of monitoring, evaluation and learning activities. Vivian is responsible for institutionalizing learning and adaptation for the PYPP. Vivian comes with five (5) years of experience in training, supervision, data collection and analysis and carrying out Administrative duties. Ms. Kpetay has received local and international training in Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (ME&L) planning, management and implementations of rural development programs among others. Vivian has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Sociology from the African Methodist Episcopal University(AMEU).

Vermon Washington-Alumni Relations & Communications Associate
Joining the PYPP Management Team in June 2022, Vermon serves as Alumni Relations & Communications Associate. In this role, he leads the implementation of PYPP Communications Strategy and develops activities to support the PYPP Alumni Program and the Alumni Association. Vermon is detail-oriented and gifted with a zest for storytelling. Prior to joining PYPP, he was part of the Inaugural Class of Public Affairs internship at the US Embassy Monrovia and Programs and Communications Intern at SMART Liberia. Vermon holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Stella Maris Polytechnic University and is a 2020 Crossroads Emerging Leader at Harvard Business School.
