The application for the PYPP 13th Regular Recruitment Exercise is open.
The President’s Young Professionals Program (PYPP), in collaboration with the Civil Service Agency (CSA), wishes to announce to the general public that its 13th Regular Recruitment Exercise is hereby closed. Forty (40) exceptionally talented recent college graduates from any discipline will be selected for the 13th Cohort (Class XIII). Twenty (20) exceptionally talented recent college graduates from any discipline will be selected for the regular recruitment exercise. As a pilot for the PYPP Decentralization strategy, PYPP will recruit 10 exceptionally talented recent college graduates each from Bong and Grand Bassa Counties respectively for the 13th Cohort (Class XIII).

Who can be a PYP (Regular)
The PYPP maintains robust recruitment and selection processes that are merit-based and target the most diverse group of qualified applicants. Females and persons with disabilities are especially encouraged to apply. Applicants should have a reasonable mix of the following criteria:
1. History of service to community or school through involvement in extracurricular activities;
2. Law abiding Liberian national who is not older than 35 years as of December 31, 2024;
3. Must be Liberian national with current National Identification Number (NIN);
4. Must have a clean record verified by a criminal record check
5. Recent (up to 3 years) college/university graduate with 1st degree in any discipline and a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.00.
6. Strong written and verbal (English) communication skills.
7. Friendly, patient, fast learner, self-starter, resourceful, organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced professional working environment and a strong team player;
8. Punctual and reliable with a commitment to learning and self-improvement; and
9. Basic understanding of working with Microsoft Office applications.

1. Current CV/Resume (1-2 pages).
2. Scanned copy of recent passport size photo.
3. Scanned copy of recent Police Clearance (not older than six months).
4. Scanned copy of current National Identification Number
5. Scanned copy of most recent college/university original transcript or letter of attestation, indicating the grade point average (GPA).
6. Scanned copy of three (3) letters of recommendation: one each (Professional, Academic & Community); and
7. A letter of motivation answering the following questions (maximum 500 words) : “Why are you interested in public service and how does it fit into your personal and professional goals?”

Who can be a PYP (GRAND BASSA AND BONG COUNTIES)
The President’s Young Professionals Program (PYPP) in collaboration with the Civil Service Agency (CSA) wishes to announce to the public that its 13th Regular Recruitment exercise is hereby opened. As part of the pilot of the PYPP Decentralization plan, ten (10) exceptionally talented recent graduates in any discipline will be recruited respectively from Bong and Grand Bassa Counties to form part of its 13th Cohort (Class XIII). Accordingly, PYPP will accept applications from Thursday, August 1, 2024 to 5:00 pm GMT on Saturday, November 30, 2024. Females and persons with disabilities are especially encouraged to apply. Applicants should have a reasonable mix of the following criteria:
1. History of service to community or school through involvement in extracurricular activities;
2. Law abiding Liberian national who is not older than 35 years as of December 31, 2024;
3. Must be Liberian national and a resident of Bong and Grand Bassa Counties;
4. Must have a clean record verified by a criminal record check;
5. Have at least recent Associate Degree and above in any discipline with a cumulative grade point average
of at least 3.00;
6. Strong written and verbal (English) communication skills;
7. Friendly, patient, fast learner, self-starter, resourceful, organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-
paced professional working environment;
8. Punctual and reliable with a commitment to learning, self-improvement and a strong team player; and
9. Basic understanding of operating a computer and Microsoft Office applications.
